EPG is a new board game corporation based in Bristow, VA – a suburb of Washington, DC

EPG is owned by Steve Wood. Steve started playing board games in the 1980′s – favorites included Car Wars, Axis & Allies, Fortress America and Block Mania. Steve is a huge Sci-Fi and Fantasy fan. Favs include Star Wars, Star Trek, Firefly, Dune, Forgotten Realms, Dragonlance and anything with zombies or super heroes.

We have a small group of developers and playtesters that works great as a team. We believe in thorough, quality playtesting – even if that means putting a project on hold until things fall into place. Our games do not hit your table until we truly believe that we’ve created our very best effort.

We work with the talented Italian artist, Luca Oleastri. Luca’s style lends itself to our game to give it a flavor all its own. We couldn’t have done it without him.

Our flagship game, Gunship: First Strike!, is the first of a planned series. Several expansions are in playtest and will be launched soon afterward. We think that games should be supported and expanded to keep things fresh and exciting for our customers.

EPG supports a policy of maintaining fair prices on our products. We also plan to offer lots of free rules and printable content that can be accessed right on our website. We want to make money, but we also want to create a reputation for being guys that people want to deal with and get to know. The gaming industry is a great opportunity to do both.

We plan to attend several Shows and Cons in 2013 – these events will be announced as time and budget allow.
