Federation & Empire is the strategic companion to Star Fleet Battles. While in Star Fleet Battles, a player commands a ship, or a squadron, in F&E, a player takes the reigns of an entire nation, making the decisions of what to build, where to send it, and what planets to assault. Players have a choice of playing out the General War, an 18 year conflagaration, or using F&E as the guidelines for their own campaign. |
