It is my pleasure to announce the distribution of a new series of publications, the TALENT OPERATIONS COMMAND INTELLIGENCE BULLETINS, produced by the U.S. War Department to aid in training and the dissemination of policy to their Talent Operations Groups in the field.
With expanding Allied operations in the Pacific and imminent operations in North Africa, our Talent soldiers face unique and unpredictable tasks in every theatre of war. These Bulletins shall prove invaluable in providing all troops with training techniques, the latest enemy intelligence, and tactics proven under fire.
The first Bulletin to be distributed under this programme is the TALENT OPERATIONS COMMAND INTELLIGENCE BULLETIN NO. 2: TALENT OPERATIONS GROUPS.

The Talent Operations Groups
Equipment and Weaponry
SS Uniforms and Insignia
Tactics and Training
(Officers Only) BLUE-Classified Mission Report
And more.
It is to be distributed wherever possible to TOG Team members in the field.
Future Bulletins will provide tactics and intelligence pertinent to Talents in the Pacific, Talents assigned to home front duty in America, Talents working in conjunction with our Allies in the Soviet Union, and Talents assigned to intelligence duty.
It is my hope that these publications will supplement the training of our Talents and aid them in pursuit of our common goal: the destruction of the Axis and victory for the freedom-loving peoples of the world.
