What does that mean for you ?
Where a normal package did cost 17 EUR plus 1 EUR per kilo, it is now like this:

1-2 Kilos = 12 EUR
3-5 Kilos = 13 EUR
6-7 Kilos = 14 EUR
8-10 Kilos = 15 EUR
continues like this...
